WELCOME to Suffolk Church Singers

The purpose of the Suffolk Church Singers choir is to help Suffolk Churches, of which no denomination is excluded, by holding concerts and donating the entire proceeds of the performance to the church in which we are invited to give a concert.

 It is mainly older buildings that are struggling to survive this modern age and which are most in need. However, we are willing to help any church which can make use of our fund-raising efforts.

The choir was formed in May 2003. It draws its membership largely from a 20 mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, though we welcome anyone willing to travel further to sing with us. We perform at least 3 concerts a year with a summer fund raising event

  The choir is also interested in involving the community in the concerts and to provide any talented young musicians in the  area an opportunity to perform with us.

Rehearsals are fortnightly on Thursdays and kept to a minimum of 5 per term .
